I want to do PG in urban design in 2022 and I haven't given GATE. Can you suggest colleges which gives admission based on our B.Arch score?

But please do not keep any job expectations post completion of this course. This course will not make you an Urban Planner, neither this shall get you a recognition from ITPI and therefore will not make you eligible for the post of a planner in any of the Government institutions or private institutions. Its a good course but you have to struggle alot to get project or job. You can find scope in government, big time construction companies etc. Thanks.

Anyone who wants to be admitted to any of these courses must consider them and decide if they are eligible. Despite being completely different disciplines, there are many other factors that differentiate B.Arch and B. Des. B.Arch is a technical study while B. Des comes out of the creative programming phase. Students should learn a large part of the subject through their own qualifications. Although at B. Des, there is no need for Maths as such. Therefore, if a student is weak in the subject of Mathematics and does not want to continue with it in his / her higher education, it is best not to choose a B.Arch. B. Des which has a variety of courses offered to the student. The freedom to choose whatever he wants and his desire. From shoes and fashion designs to cartoons and visual communications, the breadth of B. Des technology is vast. The job responsibilities offered to students with a Bachelor of Design degree are usually office roles. On the other hand, those with a B.Arch degree should usually work on construction sites in conjunction with an engineer. B.Arch research focuses on teaching on architecture and large buildings. Although the B. Des study goes into component construction. This could be a house design, clothing line, shoes, etc. Good Luck!
