CSIR NET 2021-22 result 2021-22 will be declared soon through the normalisation of scores. The CSIR UGC NET cut off 2021-22 will be released along with the results. The CSIR NET provisional answer key 2021 was released on February 22, 2022, by the NTA for Earth Sciences, Physical Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Life Sciences subjects. Candidates who appeared for the Joint CSIR UGC NET June 2021 exam on January 29, February 15, 16 and 17, 2022, submitted the challenges against the answer key till February 25, 2022.

What is CSIR NET?

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) NET (also known as CSIR UGC NET) is a national-level exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to determine the eligibility of candidates for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and for Lectureship (LS)/ Assistant Professor in the universities and colleges of India. Candidates clearing the CSIR NET exam can become lecturers in the subject areas falling under the faculty of Science & Technology only.

CSIR NET Answer Key 2021-22

The CSIR NET answer key 2021-22 was released by the NTA on February 22, 2022. Initially, the provisional answer key has been released to invite objections from candidates if they find any answer or question faulty. Candidates need to follow the steps given below to download the provisional answer key, marked responses and question paper

  • Visit the official website – https://csirnet.nta.nic.in
  • Click on the 'Display of Key Challenge for Joint CSIR UGC NET June 2021' link
  • Click on the login options through application number and date of birth or password
  • Login and click on the following links:
    • ‘View Question Paper’ for marked responses
    • ‘View/ Challenge Answer Key’ to download answer key and submit challenges

The final answer key will be released after the NTA analyses the objections received from candidates. 

CSIR NET Question Paper 2021-22

The CSIR NET question paper 2021-22 is available now on the registered accounts of candidates along with the marked responses. The CSIR NET question papers are very important for exam preparation. The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the CSIR NET notification 2021 on its official website- csirnet.nta.nic.in. The notification contains the important details of the exam such as the detailed application process, eligibility criteria, admit card, exam dates, exam pattern, syllabus and others.

CSIR NET Cutoff 2021-22

The CSIR UGC NET cutoff is released along with the results. The cut off marks are released separately for all five papers. The CSIR announces the cutoff category-wise and paper-wise.

CSIR UGC NET Selection Process 2021-22

CSIR UGC NET selection process includes the following stages:

  • CSIR NET application form: All interested and eligible candidates need to fill CSIR NET application form by visiting the official website of the exam

  • CSIR NET admit card: CSIR UGC NET admit card is released for candidates who successfully submit the application form and pay the exam fee. The admit card is released on the official website of the exam

  • CSIR NET Exam: Candidates need to appear for the CSIR UGC NET exam as per the date and time mentioned on the admit card. CSIR NET is typically conducted twice a year in the months of June and December

  • CSIR NET result: The result for CSIR NET is declared on the official website. Candidates qualifying the NET exam get eligible for JRF or lectureship

A: Qualifying candidates are given a stipend of INR 31,000 per month for the first two years. The stipend is increased to INR 35,000 for the third and subsequent years if the fellow is registered for a PhD.
