Diploma in Clinical Research is a 1-year course. The minimum eligibility for admission is a 55 per cent score in graduation in the Medical science courses (BDS, MBBS, etc.) or a Degree in Pharmacology, Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, etc., pursued from a well-known university. In most of the institutes, the course is yearly in nature with term-end examinations conducted at the end of the year by individual universities.

For the universities conducting their entrance test, admission to the course is based on a candidate’s performance in the particular entrance test in addition to the merit in graduation degree. Certain universities do not conduct an entrance examination and admit candidates based on their overall merit in the last graduation or higher education degree.
